Project Development Organization (PDC-Org)

The activities which is planned for PDC are as following: the main activitiy or operation of PDC is :

• Business and project leadership

There are other main operations for project development.

• Meeting coordination

• Financial and legal facilitation and handling.

• Logistics

PDC's main focus is on Communication Management knowledge Area (KA7).

At the end of this document there is a sample planning for PDC Activities.

Business leaders are managing:

• communication with Customers (mainly inside the country at the beginning).

• communication with Vendor Companies (mainly foreign vendors).

Execution Projects are managed in PMO and MC office. The projects include the followings:

• Project development projects

• Execution projects which will be done in PECs and will be managed by PDC.

Logistics is one of the main services of PDC. When a vendor is in the country, PDC should manage and execute all logistics services which they need. PDC should handle the following services for Vendors:

• Visa

• Logistics

• Accommodation

Financial, legal Facilitation and handling are jobs which are done by PDC in place of vendors to make the cost and investments of them more effective.

The OS team is responsible for internal support for the PDC team and all vendors and customers.
