Company is managed based on some principals
Fundemental principal: Everyone should follow the rules in any condition
Principal 1: Everyone should collaborate in interest and fund in particular period of time.
Principal 2: Investment on employees
Principal 3: Devision and grouping of main stakeholders. There are four major stakeholders in the company:
- Investor
- Manpower
- Management
- Market leader
Prinicpal 4: Organizing precedent to operation.
Principal 5: Operation should be conducted without wasting any time. This could happen by the maximum efforts of employees.
Principal 6: protection from intentional responsibility structure.
Principal 7: Balance between creativity and methodology.
Principal 8: Forgiveness - In conflicts employees should give the right to their business partner.
Principal 9: Resource management and accessability to savings exactly proportional to resources.
Principal 10: Following the main plan of business - 10 years for working, 10 years for management and 10 years for investment would be necessary.
Principal 11: Focus on value chain or value system.
Principal 12: Following the business leader.

Company management structure
The corporate governance structure is based on corporate values. ATA is a project development company which collaborates with designing and excuting companies thus, company management system is based on this model.

The second stage of company's planning is to calculate the resources needed to carry out the activities which can lead us to our main targets.. There are 10 resources and several auxiliary resources as well as planning for the organization's internal resources and internal manpower.
The third stage is the operational planning that will lead to the accurate and auxiliary determination of the resources that are needed.
Obligatory tools which are applied for operation management is an exclusive application named SPM. In this application all works are managed through task and project categorization and all projects will be classified as programs and plans.
